In this role, you will support our office employees, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform at their best. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, filing pre-liens, lien releases, invoicing, take-offs, schedules of Values, quotes, collections, purchasing, and placing orders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent written and verbal communication skills, and has a friendly demeanor. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person Invoicing, SOVS, lien release, quotes, and placing orders. Purchase orders, Window and door takeoffs Respond to customer emails Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivables Maintain an organized filing system Tracking Expenses and organizing orders for the accounting team Qualifications High school diploma/GED Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines, scanners Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
