Dental Assistant – Part-Time
Madison, AL | Part-Time
We’re looking for a dependable, energetic, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our team in Madison, AL. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a positive, team-oriented environment while providing an excellent experience for every patient.
What You’ll DoAssist the dentist during exams, procedures, and treatment
Prepare and break down treatment rooms
Take dental X-rays as permitted by Alabama regulations
Sterilize instruments and maintain infection-control standards
Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
Keep operatories organized, stocked, and ready for the day
Provide post-treatment instructions as directed by the dentist
Work closely with the clinical and front office teams to keep patient flow efficient
Previous dental assisting experience preferred
Dental assisting and radiography credentials as applicable to Alabama requirements
Excellent communication and patient-care skills
Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment
Positive attitude and strong team mentality
Someone who takes initiative and is eager to continue developing their dental skills
