Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, challenges, and strengths.

• Develop tailored, effective treatment plans that focus on the client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques, to promote healing and personal growth.

• Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and methodically track their progress throughout the treatment process.

• Provide telehealth services for clients with accessibility issues or those who prefer digital communication.

• Maintain thorough documentation using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system to uphold ethical standards and support continuity of care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and peer supervision, to stay updated on best practices in mental health education.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and as a therapist, you will have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to their healing journeys through consensual and respectful engagement.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required, with a preference for Masters or Doctoral degrees in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients and collaborating with a team.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude are fundamental attributes for a successful candidate.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote working environment.

Preferred Experience\n

While entry-level candidates are welcome, we prefer individuals with prior experience in outpatient mental health settings. Exposure to diverse therapeutic practices and knowledge of various treatment modalities will be advantageous. Experience in managing a client caseload while providing high-quality care will be highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management. In addition to a fair salary, our benefits package includes:
