Key Responsibilities

• Lead Your Route & Maximize Revenue: Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset—diagnose plumbing issues, educate clients on comprehensive repair/replacement options, present estimates, and close jobs on-site.
• Execute Full-Scope Plumbing: Install, repair, and maintain complete plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, water heaters, and piping in residential and commercial settings.
• Advanced Diagnostics & Drain Services: Utilize plumbing inspection cameras, pipe locators, hydro-jetters, and mechanical augers to pinpoint issues and deliver long-term solutions.
• System Construction & Remodeling: Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to execute rough-ins, pipe fitting, component assembly, and remodeling projects according to local building codes.
• Maintain Safety & Efficiency: Safely operate a company service vehicle, track inventory, adhere to safety standards, and document all completed work and code compliance.
• Deliver High-Trust Customer Service: Build rapport with property owners through transparent explanations, professional recommendations, and quality craftsmanship that drives repeat business and five-star reviews.

Qualifications

• Proven professional plumbing experience across residential or commercial service, repair, or construction projects.
• Strong self-starter attitude with a drive to work hard, sell quality solutions, and maximize take-home pay.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical problems clearly to customers and successfully present and close repair/upgrade options.
• Skilled in pipe threading, welding/soldering, drain cleaning, and operating hand and power tools safely.
• Working knowledge of local plumbing codes, schematics, and blueprint reading.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment (50+ lbs) and navigate varied job site environments (crawl spaces, basements, commercial rooftops).
