Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Residential Rehabilitation Manager in Irving, TX to oversee residential operations and programming while ensuring quality care and compliance across the rehabilitation program. This leadership role is responsible for supervising staff, managing schedules and patient assignments, coordinating admissions and discharges, and maintaining strong communication between residential and clinical teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who excels at coaching employees, resolving operational challenges, and fostering a positive, professional environment for both staff and patients. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic healthcare setting. Full-time weekday hours are required, along with some evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities to support the ongoing success of the residential program.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Candidates must have working knowledge of residential rehabilitation, healthcare, or rehabilitative care programs
Proven leadership and supervisory experience with the ability to manage staff, oversee daily operations, coordinate schedules, and maintain a high standard of care and service delivery
Strong administrative, organizational, and decision-making skills, including experience with employee relations, compliance requirements, budgeting, and leading teams in residential, healthcare, assisted living, or similar environments
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm
